
Where does the delivery fee go?
The delivery fee goes directly to the driver for gas. This amount does not include tip, which will be very much appreciated.
What if there is a mistake in my order?
Please email the manager immediately at manager@latenightoption.com and your issue will be dealt with within 48 hours.
Can I make changes to my order?
No. Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to your order as we try our best to send out all of our orders in the timeliest of fashion so once an order has been placed, it is final and changes cannot be made.
What if I accidentally put the wrong phone number for my order?

Why do you guys give out free food on Twitter?
Our vision of the future for Berkeley and beyond is one that meshes together society and community, where sharing is commonplace and a driving force in the economy. Imagine a highly efficient future where there is little to no waste, simply because people are willing to share one another’s limited resources, the world would just be a better place. It’s like how city car-shares exist because not every single human being needs one car to themselves just for commutes, especially when cars are built to seat five. As the wise Gandhi once said: “Be the change you wish to see in the world,” we have taken the first step to realize our dream by spreading our generosity and positivity, and we hope that you will do the same and pass it along. It really is just about making someone else's day, even if you are having a shitty day yourself. So for as long as our community and customers support our cause and our business, we will continue to serve and contribute back to our community with awesome free food daily giveaways via Twitter.
How long should I expect to wait for my order?
Our average order time is around 45 minutes. But of course, that is
just an average, a mean. We’ve gotten orders to our customers within 5
minutes (I think the record was 3 minutes). And we’ve also gotten them
out in 90 minutes. When orders come in we make them immediately, or as
immediately as is possible, so please be patient with us if your order
just happens to come in during peak hours (like after everybody comes
home after getting drunk or rainy days), we really are trying our
best!

I’m outside of the delivery region, can I still order?
Send us an IM over AIM and we may make an exception.

Yes, we partner up with a couple student groups each semester, come up
with a creative plan for us and if we like it, we would definitely be
down to help you guys out.

It’s been over an hour, where is my order?
About 95% our orders get to our customers within an hour, so if it has
been an hour already, chances are it should be there shortly! It’s
pretty rare for orders to take much longer than that...unless it’s on
a busy day like the Big Game day or something.
